Security and Risk Manager for USAID Ukraine Activity
Qualifications:
* Certification in a security-related field or bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
* Five (5) or more years of experience in security management of staff and assets in complex and high-risk environments. Experience mitigating risk in active war zones preferred.
* Extensive knowledge of the current security environment throughout Ukraine as the result of the ongoing Russian invasion.
* Demonstrated experience with implementing security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards to enable project staff to safely perform their duties.
* Experience working with International Development and Aid Organizations preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to produce written reports with minimal/no supervision, including: Threat, Risk, and Vulnerability Assessments, Security Surveys, Security Audits, and Contingency Planning.
* Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful problem-solving capability, and the ability to interact effectively with multifaceted organizations at senior levels and cross-culturally.
* High level of computer literacy, including thorough knowledge of all MS Office and mapping applications.
* Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Ukrainian.
* Ukrainian citizenship is required for this position.
