Civilian Security Subject Matter Expert, US State Department Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting (MEASURE) in Ukraine Project

Qualifications:

·       A master’s degree in a field such as International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or Peace and Conflict Studies. 

·       A minimum 7 years of experience monitoring and evaluating civilian programming is required.

·       Experience in Ukraine strongly preferred.

·       Experience with the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN), Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and/or Bureau of Political Military Affairs (PM) strongly preferred.

·       Experience participating in performance reviews/evaluations required.  

·       Strong organizational, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.

·       Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

·       Ukrainian language skills strongly preferred.
