Private Sector Recovery Subject Matter Expert,US State Department Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting (MEASURE) in Ukraine Project
Qualifications:
· A master’s degree in a field such as economics, sociology, social science, or statistics required.
· A minimum 10 years of experience monitoring and evaluating civilian programming is required.
· Experience with the U.S. Department of Commerce, access to finance programs, and small medium business support programs strongly preferred.
· Experience in Ukraine strongly preferred.
· Experience participating in performance reviews/evaluations required.
· Strong organizational, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.
· Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
· Ukrainian language skills strongly preferred.
