Private Sector Recovery Team Leader, US State Department Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting (MEASURE) in Ukraine Project

Qualifications:

·       A master’s degree in a field such as economics, sociology, social science, or statistics is required.

·       A minimum 10 years of experience monitoring and evaluating USG funded economic growth and recovery programming is required.

·       Experience leading mixed method evaluations required.  

·       Experience designing and managing large databases and developing visualizations, analyzing trends and patterns required.

·       Experience with do-no-harm participatory research required.

·       Strong organizational, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.

·       Experience in Ukraine strongly preferred.

·       Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

·       Ukrainian language skills strongly preferred.
