Government of Indonesia Liaison Officer – Indonesia

Essential KSA’s required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent n Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, International relations, or related fields. 
• 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level involving multi-stakeholder projects and partnership development with significant experience working with Donor Governments in renewable energy, power sector and sustainable development projects.
• Familiar with design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development programs.
• Experience in the handling web-based management systems, usage of software and advance knowledge spreadsheet and database packages. 
• Strategic, integrity, results orientation, teamwork, good inter-personal skills, well developed communication skills, sound judgement, analytical skills, flexibility, proactive engagement, risk management, gender and culturally sensitivity, ability to work under pressure and demonstrates high tolerance for change, complexity, and unpredictability.

Valued but not required KSA’s:

• Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices is preferred.
