Gas EU Regulation Advisor - Ukraine - Independent Consultant role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, policy, or an equivalent field.
- 10 years of proven experience in the gas sector
- Extensive knowledge and experience in EU gas market acquis, especially the network codes related to balancing, capacity allocation, and tariffs.
- Proven track record in advisory roles, particularly in providing expert guidance on regulatory matters and policy development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex regulatory environments.
- Ability to build effective relationships with peers, supervisors, clients, and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in economics, policy, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian energy sector and its regulatory landscape.
