Change Management Specialist - Indonesia

Essential KSAs required (experience, skills, education, certifications, etc.): 

• Graduate degree and education background in business, management, development, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience and/or exposure in the institutional capacity building process design, planning, implementation, and monitoring-evaluation-reporting system. 
• Strong knowledge and/or understanding of institutions in the energy sector in Indonesia.
• Experience in working with multi-stakeholders at the national and sub-national level.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work with other members of an assignment team including both international and national consultants.
   

Valued but not required KSAs:

• Indonesian national or current resident of Indonesia
• Experience in working with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and other institutions of the Government of Indonesia, provincial government, PLN, renewable energy projects with developers, banks/financial institutions, research institutions, and industry organizations.
• Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices for quality control, including monitoring.
• Advantageous but not compulsory to have knowledge and/or understanding of:
  • Economic and financial analysis
  • Gender and inclusive development

Physical demands & work environment:

• Office setting, domestic travel
