Capacity Building Manager, US State Department Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting (MEASURE) in Ukraine Project, Kyiv, Ukraine
Qualifications:
- Degree in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), public policy, economics, business, international cooperation/international development, or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing capacity building related activities – including organizational assessment, training design and delivery, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting an organization to improve its capacity for performance management, project management, research, evaluation or a similar capability.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
