Administration and Logistics Officer - Indonesia

Essential KSAs required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, development, or related fields.
• 5 years’ experience in event planning and management
• Experience working in inter-cultural teams and environments.
• Ability to manage work on time in a tight schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, insightful, and communicative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel is required).
• Demonstrated flexibility and capable of managing a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Valued but not required KSAs:

• Indonesian national
• Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices for quality control, including monitoring.

Physical demands & work environment:

• Office setting, domestic travel
