Workforce Operations Specialist
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
- Flexibility to commit to nonstandard work schedules, including extended hours and weekend work during project activations.
- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, with a preference for supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong familiarity with disaster recovery, emergency management, public safety, or related fields is essential.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Excellent program management experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives in emergency management or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
