WASH Expert, Yemen Continuous Learning and Evaluation, Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Hydrology, Sanitation Engineering, or a field relevant to international WASH related development assistance is required.
- Minimum seven years of technical experience implementing WASH programming in a developing country setting is required.
- Experience in supporting and coordinating water and sanitation studies and baseline assessments.
- Experience working and coordinating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including national and local government, donors, community-based organizations, and the private sector.
- Knowledge in water quality testing approaches and technical monitoring of WASH facilities.
- Familiarity in the Yemen context is preferable.
- Strong written and spoken English language skills required. Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
