Senior Program Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional Registration (e.g., PE or PG) is strongly preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Twenty-five (25) years or more of experience in environmental consulting and remediation services with experience in program/project management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Prior experience leading major projects and interacting with a wide variety of federal DoD branches. Additional experience with Federal non-DOD state and municipal governments, and the commercial markets is a plus.
• Experience with USACE Rapid Response Program is a plus.
• Track record of successfully leading teams to gain repeat customer business and also win work with new customers.
• Prior experience with coordinating with Task Order/Project Managers, providing programmatic guidance, direction, and coaching.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately up to 25%, as necessary for business needs.
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

• Most work is anticipated to be office-based; participating in some site visits is a strong possibility.
• Client or company meetings away from the office are likely.
• This position will require travel by car or by air; anticipated to be approximately 20%. Some trips will require multiple overnights stays.

• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Must possess excellent writing capabilities and have experience generating reports suitable for submittal to clients.
• Must possess effective communication and verbal skills.
• Must be able to develop and lead business development, project summary, and technical status presentations.
Other Skills: Instructions:
• The candidate must possess mathematical skills commensurate with having earned a BS degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• Must be fluent in current computer applications and programs relevant to performing the job.
