Senior Program Analyst, DoD Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred.
- Ten years of experience in developing and implementing security cooperation policies, procedures, and programs is required.
- Demonstrated AME experience.
- Experience planning security cooperation programs is desired.
- Subject matter expertise in the following functional areas is desired: assessment and monitoring of key security cooperation functions strategy/policy, defense institution building/institutional capacity building, logistics, human resource management, resource management, and protection of civilians/SSR/civil sector/human rights.
- Experience working on a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) or other senior-level DoD staff component and demonstrated ability to produce high-level planning documents for senior leaders is desired.
- Eligibility for a Top Secret Security Clearance is desired.
- Knowledge of monitoring and data collection is desired.
- English fluency is required.
