Project Financial Analyst - Helena, MT

Qualifications:

• An Associate Degree or relevant course work towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or similar program from an accredited college or university.
• 0 – 3 years of project administration experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as financial statements, invoices, and payment records.
• Ability to search for pertinent facts and data, analyze and evaluate information, and form accurate conclusions.
• Ability to speak effectively with other employees and clients. Ability to express conclusions and results in clear written and oral reports.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarization with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle is preferred.
• The ability to manage time-critical situations in order to fulfill deadline requirements is required, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks under supervision, and independently.
• Provide consistent attention to detail, ability to follow tasks to completion, and good organizational skills.
• A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions. 

Target salary range: $42,000 to $50,000.  The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
