Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, data engineer, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in MEL, preferably with USAID-funded program, required.
  • Experience in dashboard development and relational database management required.
  • Experience in researching with qualitative and quantitative statistics or econometrics methodologies, including developing research reports is required.
  • Experience with NGOs, international contractors, multilateral institutions, and international cooperation agencies is preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of developing and evaluating impact-oriented projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and work with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds required.
  • Strong programming, data collection, and analysis skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills are required.
  • Fluency in French is required. Fluency in English and Creole is preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement:

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated daily pay range for this position is $108 to $250 USD.
