Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in National Security, International Relations, or Business (or 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of master’s degree).
• Ten (10) years of Program Management experience leading and supervising multi-disciplined teams in support of the US Government (USG) international programs.10+ years of special operations experience at tactical and operational levels.
• Ten (10) years of special operations experience at the tactical and operational levels managing special operations.
• One (1) year experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Personnel Management, Administration, Logistics, Planning and Management, Program Management, Protocol, Public Affairs or Political Military Affairs.
• Ten (10) years of demonstrated knowledge on Irregular Warfare, Gray zone activities, functional understanding of the policy process and Washington D.C. diplomatic and military organizations and culture, and the ability to interact with senior foreign representatives.
• Must possess a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Must have a documented PMP or higher-level certificate from a granting institution.
