IT Program Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or relative experience. Degrees are preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role
• Prior experience working with FEMA or other Federal relief programs a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and modern reporting platforms including PowerBI
• Ability to work in Smartsheets in including data collection and integration using provided API
• Experience using AI platforms for data and/or image analysis is a Plus
• Demonstrated experience working with and customizing a variety of commercial software applications for a specific use
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and plan work to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
