HR Strategy Technical Expert, PAJ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, engineering management, business, or public administration, required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience working in similar tasks with public sector institutions in similar programs, high-level clients, and donor agencies required.
• Strong interpersonal, technical writing and communication skills with all related stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think tactically and strategically and provide clear recommendations.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic required.
