About the opportunity
This role is the ideal opportunity to join a busy HR Services team and provide process, project and general administrative support to several stakeholders including the HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, HSEQ Manager and general HR Services team.
Our environment is fast paced and dynamic and, in this role, no two days will be the same!
You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining the recruitment system including the ad posting and applicant tracking process
- Maintaining our HR Information System with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining our Learning Management System
- Letter and employment agreement generation
- Managing our people and client surveys
- Producing ad-hoc reports in Excel and Power Automate
- Contributing to whole of business projects and improvement initiatives
- General administration duties
