Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience in a U.S. government setting, including delegating and tracking the status of tasks and lines of effort across geographically dispersed teams (spanning highly different time zones), mitigating risks to completion of tasks, ensuring deliverables are quality controlled prior to delivery to the government client, facilitating team collaboration, anticipating and proactively finding efficiencies, and creating new processes when needed.
  • One (1) year of contract management experience in a government setting, including communicating and presenting information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters, monitor key contractual milestones, facilitating phase-in and phase-out, and resolving any contract-related problems that arise.
  • Seven (7) years of experience with content management, including correcting grammar, spelling and punctuation errors; arranging page layouts to include written content as well as elements like graphs and charts; training new staff in the content creation process; fact-checking content; and checking content against a style guide.
  • Three (3) years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools; and analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Three (3) years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data, such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations.
  • Three (3) years of security cooperation experience.
  • Secret clearance.
