The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of progressive professional experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or a similar discipline required
- High level proficiency in MS Excel, particularly budget development, budget forecasting and planning, and formula utilization
- Exemplary collegiality, reliability, and follow through across teams and tasks
- Outstanding interpersonal and intercultural communication skills to establish and maintain effective contacts with key stakeholders
- Ability to develop work plans, meet deadlines and work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent analytical writing and organizational skills and advanced numerical skills required
- Demonstrated detail orientation and exceptionally high levels of organization
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and sometimes intense work environment
- Management skills requiring the ability to interface with technical and operational business functions, accounting and project planning and finance or other department staff
- Ability to inclusively lead multidisciplinary cross cultural teams with a record of effective delegation, communication and motivation
- CPA preferred
