Qualifications:
- Minimum master’s degree in education, social sciences, or related area required.
- Minimum five years of progressive work experience in international education required. Minimum seven years of experience preferred.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research in the education sector required.
- Experience managing technical aspects of projects, from design and work planning to implementation and reporting required.
- Experience working with USAID or other development partners preferred.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical and transcript software such as Stata, R or Python, and MaxQDA, NVivo or Atlas.ti to manage, process, and analyze data preferred.
- Familiarity with MERL tools, including qualitative/quantitative methodologies, desk reviews and synthesis, performance and impact evaluations and activity MERL plans required.
- Familiarity with USAID data and reporting systems, including the Data Development Library (DDL), and policies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of and experience in education components such as evidence-based instructional practices, teacher training, curriculum development, materials design, foundational learning preferred.
- Ability to work with teams of Technical Directors, Managers, and Associates, and Project Managers required.
- Strong writing, analytical, speaking, and communication skills required.
- Spoken and written fluency in English required. Fluency in French, Arabic, or Spanish preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,000 to $93,000 USD.
