Field Monitoring Project Lead (Proposal)

Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree in international development, public administration, social sciences, or related field.

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience managing field operations for monitoring, research, or evaluation projects.

·       Prior experience working with World Bank and strong knowledge of World Bank TPM procedures required.

·       Regional experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).

·       Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and coordinate field logistics under complex or insecure conditions.

·       Strong understanding of field data collection methods and quality control processes.

·       Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

·       Fluency in English required; other languages preferred.

·       Willingness and ability to travel extensively to FCV countries and remote areas.
