Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, crisis management, or a related field.
· Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience managing security for international development or humanitarian operations.
· Demonstrated experience conducting field-based security assessments and managing operations in FCV contexts.
· Deep experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).
· Strong understanding of duty of care, risk mitigation, and emergency response planning.
· Familiarity supporting World Bank initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across cultures and in high-pressure environments.
· Proficiency in security tracking and incident reporting tools.
· Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages in TPM countries is an asset.
· Willingness to travel to high-risk locations as necessary.
