Data Analysis Associate, Rapid Response Activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management systems, informatics, statistics, data science, social science, international development, economics, or related field is required.  
• Minimum three years of professional work experience in data analysis, informatics, MEL, research, or data analysis required, preferably in the context of emergency rapid response.
• Experience in research with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, including developing research reports required.
• Experience with community resilience/stabilization programming in conflict environments with USAID preferred.
• Experience in designing and implementing electronic data management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, data collection and dissemination platforms, statistical software, and/or information management systems.
• Understanding of emergency management and rapid response activities.
• Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively with professionals required.
• Ability to travel to and within Nablus, Jenin, and Tulkarm or to other activity sites as needed. 
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic required.
