Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management systems, informatics, statistics, data science, social science, international development, economics, or related field is required.
- Minimum three years of professional work experience in data analysis, informatics, MEL, research, or data analysis required, preferably in the context of emergency rapid response.
- Experience with community resilience/stabilization programming in conflict environments with USAID preferred.
- Experience in research with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, including developing research reports required.
- Experience in designing and implementing electronic data management systems.
- Experience with research methodologies, contextual analytical skills, and data collection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively with professionals required.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, data collection and dissemination platforms, statistical software, and/or information management systems.
- Ability to travel to and within Nablus, Jenin, and Tulkarm or to other activity sites as needed.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic required.
