Senior MEPPA Evaluation Specialist, MENA MELS Activity, Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in international development, social sciences, or other relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience working on or leading evaluations and baseline studies required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the MENA region preferred.
• Experience with do-no-harm participatory research required.
• Experience in evaluating peacebuilding programs strongly preferred.
• Experience with USAID preferred.
• Familiarity with MEPPA preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.
• Based in Palestine, Israel, or neighboring countries preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic or Hebrew required.
