Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in international development, social sciences, or other relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience working on or leading evaluations and baseline studies required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the MENA region preferred.
- Experience with do-no-harm participatory research required.
- Experience in evaluating peacebuilding programs strongly preferred.
- Experience with USAID preferred.
- Familiarity with MEPPA preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.
- Based in Palestine, Israel, or neighboring countries preferred.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic or Hebrew required.
