The successful candidate will have:
- B.S., or B.A., Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, Psychology, User Experience (UX) design experience, Graphic Design or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer or web designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Axure, Adobe Creative Suite for visual design and wire-framing tools used for rapid prototyping.
- Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for development communications.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
