Water Resources Project Manager
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering/science discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in conducting and managing projects in one or more of the following areas: MS4 program support, stormwater management design, watershed restoration planning, watershed modeling, pollutant load reduction analyses, and H&H modeling.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated project management experience including cost and schedule development; budget and schedule monitoring; staff supervision; and client interaction.
- An in-depth understanding of pollutant sources and their impacts on water quality, human health effects and risk assessment, development of TMDLs or other loading assessments, and development of water quality criteria.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple clients, including federal, state, and local entities.
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers and scientists based on the expertise of candidate.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage tasks for technically complex projects on time and on budget.
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Able to interact well with coworkers and existing clients in a professional and confident manner.
- Experienced in client relations and business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective meetings and written report preparation.
