Water Resources Engineer Junior Level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental/civil engineering (or a related field)
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification with 3 to 5 years of relevant progressive stormwater engineering experience, with ability to obtain a Professional Engineering licensure in North Carolina within 2 years
- Strong technical background in stormwater design, GSI, nature-based solutions, watershed management planning, and resiliency planning
- Proficiency in ArcGIS
- Experience with developing H&H models, such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PC SWMM
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Desire to learn other design and modeling software programs and platforms
- Demonstrated relevant professional work experience showing strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams
