Qualifications
· 15+ years of experience in emergency management, hazard mitigation, or resilience.
· Demonstrated experience with FEMA mitigation programs (HMGP, BRIC, FMA, HMTAP).
· Strong understanding of federal grant compliance and implementation requirements.
Proven experience managing complex programs or portfolios.
· Demonstrated business development and proposal experience.
· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Relevant certifications (CEM, PMP, AICP, etc.) preferred.
