UXO Technician III
Qualifications:
Individual must have OSHA 40-hour training in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and be in the medical monitoring program prior to starting on-site work.
The individual must be a graduate of a qualified UXO School and must have 8 years prior military EOD and/or commercial UXO experience in munitions response actions or range clearance activities, as required by the Dept. of Defense Explosive Safety Board.
Other Skills and/or Requirements:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts.
The candidate is expected to travel extensively to client sites and/or project locations nationwide as part of their essential duties. Candidate must have valid driver’s license in good standing.
Must be fluent in the English language – writing and speaking, etc.
