Utility Human Resource Specialist for USAID Non-Revenue Water Management Project
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in Organization Development and HR polices in developing countries
* Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in a utility in the West Bank and experience drafting HR policies and procedures.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Detail oriented with strong organization and multitasking abilities
* A demonstrated track record of progressively responsible experience providing leadership to donor projects with similar complexity.
* Proven leadership, organizational, and writing skills.
* Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
*Professional fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is required.
