Third-Party Monitoring Manager, Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in fields such as economics, sociology, social sciences, information technology, or statistics is required.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Minimum two years of experience working in any development and humanitarian sectors such as health and nutrition; water, sanitation, and hygiene; food security; economic recovery and market systems; protection; emergency shelter, is necessary.
- Experience in conducting research and data collection in Ethiopia is essential.
- Experience successfully managing and mentoring staff in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Amharic and English required.
