Technical Evaluation Specialist, AMELA, Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in conducting evaluations and/or research in the social science field is required.
- Experience conducting evaluations for USAID or another donor.
- Experience working in Afghanistan preferred.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required.
