Team Leader-Kosovo
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, public administration, law, development studies, gender studies, workforce development, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience managing and supervising a team of program professionals
- Proven experience managing mid-sized ($5 million and above) international programs
- Eight years of proven experience with gender and inclusion programming
- Demonstrated success interacting with senior-level government officials and private sector clients
- Proven experience leading and guiding team members to complete daily tasks
- Ability to delegate tasks and set clear deadlines for the team
- Ability to create an inspiring team environment to achieve the program goals with an open communication culture
- Ability to setting clear team goals
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and communication software
- Strong cross-cultural and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the value of diversity within teams and adaptive leadership skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Valued qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Project management certification or equivalent management experience
- Experience managing projects in the Balkans
- Experience working in the energy sector
- Experience working with gender analysis or gender integration within the energy, infrastructure, or other male-dominated sectors
- Experience developing and delivering training workshops on gender integration and social inclusion
- Ability to work professionally in Albanian
Line management responsibility
