Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Sourcer (Remote or Hybrid)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
- 3-5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Sourcer in the engineering or environmental consulting firm environment.
- Experience recruiting all level (entry/mid/senior) technical professionals.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Taleo experience preferred.
- Experience with effective pre-screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Proven success in sourcing active and passive talent.
- Proven ability of bringing top talent through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Independent worker, self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with all levels of the business.
- Customer centric focus on the hiring manager, candidate, and customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to quickly assess candidate’s skills, qualifications and attributes and make hiring recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS office suite.
- Remote work option available.
- A Pre-employment drug screen in compliance with state regulations is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
