Talent Acquisition Manager - Pretoria
Essential KSA’s Required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience), preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration, Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with prior management experience.
- Certified recruiting training or professional certification.
- Prior international recruitment experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and establish trust and credibility quickly by maintaining clear, authentic and proactive communication.
- Strong mastery of social media platforms for recruitment purposes (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Ability to organize work and perform independently while coordinating with team members.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information.
- Outstanding multitasking and organizational capabilities, including ability to independently plan, prioritize, multi-task, take initiative and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working productively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess high-level interpersonal skills and be a positive and collaborative team member.
Valued but not Required KSA's:
- International development experience, particularly within the energy sector.
- Prior experience working in the Energy sector.
