The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years-experience with professional recruitment, including high-volume non-exempt recruiting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Recruiting Team.
  • Must be self-directed
  • Proven leadership skills to mentor, develop and engage recruiting team members including in a remote working environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills including public speaking and the ability to plan, lead and execute recruiting events.
  • Practical experience, including the hiring of staff and consultants, orientation, and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a strong roster of candidates.
  • Ability to work in teams or independently as needed.
  • Must be able to travel on short-term and long-term deployments to fill open positions as needed, sometimes with little notice.
  • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on multi-location level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Must be internet savvy and have experience in mining online databases.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams 
  • Must be highly organized with extremely high attention to detail
