Talent Acquisition Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years-experience with professional recruitment, including high-volume non-exempt recruiting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Recruiting Team.
- Must be self-directed
- Proven leadership skills to mentor, develop and engage recruiting team members including in a remote working environment
- Outstanding presentation skills including public speaking and the ability to plan, lead and execute recruiting events.
- Practical experience, including the hiring of staff and consultants, orientation, and onboarding processes.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a strong roster of candidates.
- Ability to work in teams or independently as needed.
- Must be able to travel on short-term and long-term deployments to fill open positions as needed, sometimes with little notice.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on multi-location level.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Must be internet savvy and have experience in mining online databases.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Must be highly organized with extremely high attention to detail
