Sustainability Project Manager (Hybrid)
Requirements:
• B.S. or B.A. in engineering, architecture, building science or equivalent
• LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL accreditation
• Minimum four years’ work experience in sustainability within the building design and construction industry
• Exemplary project management skills with an emphasis on schedule, scope, deliverables and budget
• Management at a leadership level of green building projects from inception through final certification
• Thorough knowledge of the LEED Rating System (LEED BD+C and/or ID+C v4/v4.1).
• Ability to read and analyze construction drawings and specifications
• In depth knowledge of technical calculations required to document LEED prerequisites and credits
• Advanced Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Exceptional time management skills
Preferred:
• Leadership management experience with LEED EBOM, LEED ND, Living Building Challenge, Passive House, Enterprise Green Communities, BREEAM, Energy Star, Fitwell and/or Green Globes.
• Experience or technical understanding of whole building energy analysis
• MS/MA in engineering, architecture or environment/sustainability field
• In-depth knowledge of building systems and/or HVAC design experience
