Subject Matter Expert Smart Buildings

Responsibilities:
- Leads implementation of Smart Building standards
- Supports national rollout of GSAView features
- Supports occupancy analytics
- Supports analysis of digital signage standards
- Coordinates across Public Building Service business
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Smart Buildings, CMMS (including IBM Maximo), BAS/FDD, ESPC, and other relevant topics.
- Experience in the development of standards, technical strategies, and strategic decision-making and translates complex concepts into actionable guidance for program teams and executives.
Requires Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) and 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Recognized authority in their respective domain. PMP preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in energy management
- Experience in building commissioning
- Experience supporting operational insights applications, single-pane-glass, or unified user interfaces
- Experience with KODE OS application or other similar applications and/or platforms
- Experience configuring, commissioning, and/or operating building automation and controls systems
- Experience in analyzing data
