Strategic Communication Manager, USAID/Ghana Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Platform Activity, Accra, Ghana

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.

• At least seven (7) years of related public relations, public outreach, or communications for development experience.
• Possessing knowledge and demonstrated experience across a wide range of communications products, including written products such as articles, reports, fact sheets, proposals, speeches, success stories, press releases, web site content, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube content; and helping to plan and manage events and site visits.
• Ability to travel outside of Accra as requested to collect content in coordination with implementing partners. 
• USAID, other donor or local NGO experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in the latest communications trends.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of communications activities and products strongly preferred.
