Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Manager for Forest PLUS 3.0
Qualifications
*Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as natural resource management (NRM), rural development, international development, management, public policy, or other related discipline and 8 years of relevant work experience
*Minimum of 6 years’ relevant professional experience in an international or national development organization, preferably for a USAID contract.
*Fully versed with paradigms and practices related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Gender Equality and Inclusion (GESI), Free and Prior Informed Consent (FPIC), and ILO 169.
*Familiar with USAID policies on gender and inclusive development
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization and program.
*Requires an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Demonstrated ability to remotely manage a multicultural team in diverse locations
*Highly organized individual able to pay close attention to detail.
*Self-driven and proactive with the ability to get work done with minimal day-to-day supervision
*Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage several major activities simultaneously
*Good understanding of the use of information technology in natural resources management sector
*Must be willing to travel across to the program states and other places as required
*Proficiency in English and Hindi required
