Specialist-Procurement, World Bank Third Party Monitoring, Various Locations

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in procurement monitoring and evaluation, supply chain oversight, or related functions.

·       Demonstrated experience working in Fragility, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) contexts and understanding the unique challenges these settings present.

·       Regional experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).

·       Strong knowledge of World Bank procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

·       Experience in transactional testing and contract risk assessment/mitigation.

·       Knowledge of and understanding of working within a Third Party Monitoring (TPM) context. 

·       Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.

·       Fluency in English is required; proficiency in relevant regional languages is an advantage.
