Social and Behavior Change Lead for Amman Urban Resilience Activity
Qualifications:
* Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as social and behavioral science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication, education public relations, or another relevant technical field;
* Minimum seven (7) years of professional experience designing, implementing, and leading social and behavior change campaigns, including experience with social marketing, strategic communications, and/or behavior change communications;
* Successful track record in a supervisory role and in providing feedback and guidance to technical and administration personnel;
* Knowledge of evaluation and assessment methodologies, including desk reviews, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting;
* Experience with USAID’s objectives, approaches, or operations;
* Significant prior experience working and managing SBC programs in Jordan or within the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region required;
* Proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic are required; and
* Jordanian nationals and especially women are strongly encouraged to apply.
