Site Inspector

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·    Possess effective time management and organizational skills with the capacity to handle pressure daily.

·    Strong analytical skills, bachelor’s degree preferred, however, construction, building management, and logistics management experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

·    Prior customer service and site inspection data gathering experience preferred.

·    At least one (2) years of responsible building inspection experience is preferred.

·    FEMA or HUD disaster recovery programs experience is a plus.

·    Strong organization skills required.

·    Expertise of smartphone apps, MS Office, and Data Information System

·    Field experience at the state and/or local level preferred.

·    Must have the ability to drive a personal motor vehicle and pass a motor vehicle records check.

It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis. This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as-needed" basis and will end once the project is complete.
