Site Inspector

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience working as a Field Site Inspector. 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 

• Knowledge in one of the fields (construction, mechanical, structural/civil, electrical, and architectural) is preferred. (Engineer in training preferred).

• Knowledge of and experience using Esri Support ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, Xactimate, RS Means or other similar system is preferred. 

• Prior experience performing inspections for disaster recovery program(s) preferred.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail.

• ***Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required***.
