Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, etc.)
• A Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• 5+ years of Business Development & Department Growth (Client interaction, mentorship, etc.)
  • Preparation of fee estimates, proposals, statements of qualifications, etc.
• 10+ years of experience with designing & managing water & wastewater projects from an COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL BACKGROUND (Not Municipal).
  • Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, client service, and quality standards.
• Knowledge and experience with environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements of Texas.
• Good communication (Coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations, prepare written reports).
• Ability to travel to client locations, both sites and offices.
• Applicant must be able to drive and pass a motor vehicle records check.
• A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
