Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Minimum of 8 years experience in full-life cycle recruitment in quick turn-around environment.

Prior experience recruiting for international assignments, government agencies, professional, technical and munitions experts preferred.

Prior experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances strongly preferred.

Applicant management tracking system experience required, Taleo is preferred.

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities in order to serve multiple internal customers.

Must be able to work efficiently and rapidly and possess the ability to change direction to meet quick turn-around deliverables.

Ability to act as a change agent, adjusting to changing business needs.

Ability to create strong positive working relationships.

Proven record of sourcing and placing cleared candidates in overseas assignments.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
