Senior Technical Advisor, PIMMELA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, economics, statistics, public policy, research methods, program assessment, evaluation/measurement, or another relevant field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program assessment and evaluations of humanitarian programs required. Experience with USAID MEL highly preferred.
- Experience with MEL in development and humanitarian programs is required. Experience in USAID is preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance and impact evaluations of development interventions including evaluation design, developing evaluation questions, etc. required.
- Experience in statistical analysis, experimental design, and/or data collection and analysis preferred.
- Experience with Third-Party Monitoring preferred.
- Ability to travel to regions within USAID PIMMELA’s scope of work preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English required.
